Shipping Policy

While we seek to provide you the highest level of customer service, there are many factors involved when it comes to shipping, such as weather or carrier issues, not to mention our own internal faults. We hope that your receiving of our products is a positive experience.
 

Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Subscription shipping: Delivery for subscriptions will occur near or on the 15th of each month.

Damaged, Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages that are damaged, lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered.
