Our Story
We have a long history of enjoying coffee together, even dreaming of one day running a small cafe. Being able to roast our own coffee for friends and neighbors as a way to provide for our family has renewed our dream --- and now we get to work together! We have been fortunate to participate in the full process, from sourcing the bean to handing you a bag of freshly roasted coffee.
Our Perspective
While we are certainly familiar with seasons of less-than-optimal rest, we want to remind others and ourselves that coffee shouldn't be the sole source of our energy. We want to be a local roaster who aims to provide a quality cup of coffee that you can slow down to enjoy and not simply fuel your busyness.
Our Commitment
We source our organic beans from sustainable farms, ensuring quality and ethical practices. With small batch roasting, we are able to articulate the full flavor that each bean has to offer. Our goal is to slow down and enjoy the full process of coffee with our neighbors, family and friends while supporting good farmers. We aim to supply you with a deliciously fresh cup of locally roasted coffee.
